I works nicely out here on a Thinkpad X60s: suspends to RAM and resumes;
JACK now >15 mins without xrun (internal HDA that is!), none of these
2.6.26-rt1 BUG messages in `dmesg` and much more.
Could you put the source/patches online? are you using git? I'd love to
try the hdaps-protection patch: http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/HDAPS
