I do not know anything about the Korg or the Delta, but if
everything is connected and configured right, try the following:

ls -l /dev/midi*

This will show you all available OSS (emulated) MIDI devices.

In sysexxer, go to the preferences and enter the device there.

Now press on the receive button in sysexxer and start the dump from
the Korg machine.

If nothing appears in sysexxer, you can also try

cat /dev/midi (<= enter your matching device here) and start the
dump from the Korg; the data should now scroll through the shell
window. Press Ctrl - C to stop reading from /dev/midi.

If nothing appears, something isn't connected or configured
properly.
