Well I tried to do this with the .asoundrc page in the online docs. 
Granted it is not completely uptodate re dmix/dsnoop plugin but that is 
why we have the user additions section.

Can you have another look at that page (accessed via the soundcard 
matrix) and be more specific about what you feel is missing or not 
worded well?

  Apparently upon the beginning of the barrage, the donkey broke 
discipline and panicked, toppling the cart. At that point, the rockets 
disconnected from the timer, leaving them strewn around the street. 
Tethered to the now toppled cart, the donkey was unable to escape before
