This would be great I think, we've set up this for ssm : http://groups.yahoo.com/group/noize_farm/
There are quite a few patches on there, but the yahoo hosting is far from ideal (have to be a yahoo member to join, advertising etc)
I'd much rather use a dedicated site for linux synth patches.
