[linux-audio-user] Can't have second port on Midisport 2x2 USB

Similar thing occurs on MDK 9.2; I have to boot without midisport
connected. Also, If I have another midi device pluged in to the 2x2, the
system will not recognize it.

This worked for me too but in /dev/sound. Have not tried to use port B.
Port B does show in Qjackctl "connect" panel however...
