[LAU] Snare drum mic too hot

Did you try padding it? Or does this preamp have no pad button? Can't tell
by the photos nor is it stated.

I've used some Digidesign and Focusrite stuff, and I remember the Bluetube
is particularly sensitive for close-miking even without the tube up. I
solved it with the pad on.
