The circle, arrows and colours give this an ethno/ tribal feel. This might be a good thing, I'm not sure. The waveform should be an exact sine (can be scaled) or obviously be something different. I would try black or white for the waveform, to only leave one special colour to the circle. The circle could do with an outline, perhaps.
