You'll notice that I'm not on there (as I thought there would be a
conflict of interest if a director or former director would also be on
the Management Board - you can't supervise yourself). So my opinion is
merely an opinion.
I think this is a non-issue and that you should be definitely a part of the
board. As a matter of fact, I am using this opportunity to wield my
directorial gavel and insist on that being the case ;-)
