The external USB midi port shows up in the qjackctl graph.
The midi dongle works fine in other Windows apps. It was also working
with jack not long ago since then I have upgraded the PC and reinstalled
Windows.
Windows version is 10.

What is the best strategy for compiling a software on Windows using tha
Github's actions?
1) Decalring as windows, downloading the .exe installer, compiling my
software using MSVC?
2) Declaring as Ubuntu, aptget the sources, compiling them with, for
instance, mingw, installing, compiling my software?
