compliant usb audio interface.
That's true since some interfaces don't have a software-controllable hardware
mixer. The routing everything over jack-mixer is an option (and maybe ALSA's software
mixer, but don't try this at home, kids).
Bluetooth is another endboss. I could use it with ALSA-clients but not with jackd. I
don't know if it's due to the lossy codec that's common with Bluetooth
devices.
