Please let me know to which log xruns are logged
You could run jackd from command line, with or without redirecting
stdout and stderr to a log file
jackd -dalsa -dhw:HDSPMx579bcc -r44100 -p256 -n2 > /tmp/jack.log 2>&1
or launch jackd{,bus} using QjackCtl. QjackCtl has got a message button,
click it, select the status tab and expand 'XRUN count since last server
startup'.
