[Jackaudio] Using Jack with closed library

Hi, I want to create an application that needs a number of audio inputs. I would like to use Jack for this. But I also need to use some commerial library that is closed source. Does that mean I can not use Jack at all? I have no problems making my own code open source. But the library is closed source. Is there a way I still am allowed to use Jack? Thx.
