The easiest way would be to get an account on github.com or gitlab.com
and create a repository there and follow their instructions for adding
and pushing your code to the repo.
The announce it at the usual places e.g.
https://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-announce and/or
libreav.org.
