Yes, except for that this is an absurdity that could only happen by
accidental programming.
Or by doubling/tripling a part in the sequencer to get more volume in the
sound.
Of course this really should then be a second (and third) midi-channel, but if
the sound used allows it, I don't see a problem with this behaviour.
