i'm sure you can get away by entering those additional command line
options right after the setup/settings/server path
so, where you have it
"jackd"
change that to
"jackd --clocksource X"
where X = c(ycle) | h(pet) | s(ystem)

Usually execve(2) expects parameters as separate argument, so I did not
even try this.. either QT or you (probably both) do magic ;)
