i emailed tapas about this a few months ago, asking if we could host
it on jackaudio.org and got no reply. if someone has a copy, i'll be
happy to put it on jackaudio.org ....

Maybe update it (add the two includes). I don't know if those are
a proper fix, It was just a rather blind shot that worked for me.
