ok, but still the frimware is not claimed by the device:

I don't understand what else there is to do to make it appear (in jack

Make that: "alias snd-card-0 snd-usb-audio".
emi26 is not an alsa driver module. All alsa modules start with "snd"
The "emi26" module is just a firmware loader, IIRC.
