[LAD] 'A' note Tuning Range

Currently in 'Scales' Yoshimi can set this anywhere between 1Hz and 2kHz, which is frankly ridiculous. This doesn't appear at all in the Scala documentation, so that's no guide. I've had suggestions ranging from +- 1/2 semitone to +- half octave as being more than enough, considering that there is also semitone master key shift covering +- 3 octaves (used to be 5!) along with a fine detune of +63 -64 cents.
