And it all worked. I found the solution in the hexter homepage, at the
bottom of the page, at the FAQ. It explains why the OSC server needs
this to work.
It may be a good idea to keep the localhost entry, and *add* the
one you need. Also when no hostname is supplied, apps IMHO should
not try to look up the local host name but just use the loopback
interface (127.0.0.1).
