Though, I have never seen such a system used in
consumer radios.
I'm not sure if it have been used in DX'ing radios either.
all of my consumer WiFi radios use this system. the older ones with 2 antennas, but the
latest MIMO (their word for diversity reception) models sporting 7 or more...
