Valid 1.0 LADSPA plugins are also valid 1.1 plugins. 1.2 should follow
this trend.
I will endorse that 100 %. Hosts should not accept buggy plugins in order
to gain a 'competitive edge'. Those that do give IMHO a bad impression
of their own quality standards.
