Hello, Christian!
unfortunately i am more a user then a dev.
So I can only test things, a dev comes up with.
Well, there is the patch from Clemens Ladisch:

This was working for me.
However, I didn't test that with 3.13.x lately as I only
needed the UR22 to suck in some measurement data from a
low noise microphone at that time.
