As far as I see it, either PKG_CONFIG_PATH doesn't
contain the directory >your custom jack installation put its pc file. Or scons is not
importing ME
Both PKG_CONFIG_PATH and /etc/ld.so.conf are setup. I have built numerous
software sources against jack successfully, including others which use
scons.
