I got some time to verify that patch on 3.14.0.
Here, I don't see any difference if I use USB 2.0 or 3.0.
Both work fine. On USB3.0 I recorded about 7h continously
without a glitch.

This was working for me.
However, I didn't test that with 3.13.x lately as I only
needed the UR22 to suck in some measurement data from a
low noise microphone at that time.
yep, I tried that patch with 3.13 and 3.14.
Worked both, but only with USB 2.0 as stated before. Well, there is the patch from Clemens Ladisch:
