Sorry people, what is going on here!?!
This is trumpism BS.
What about a Telco to clear things up!?
Everyone involved at the same table. Face to face. This is how democracy
works. Such problems are solves on a round table. Eye to eye. Not with
letters.
Please stop this.

Linuxaudio community has a serious problem
Yes, the problem is that people here are not discussing Linux Audio
Development :)
"The Linux Audio Developers (LAD) list is dedicated to sound
architecture and application development for the Linux Operating
System." [1]
Please refrain from any personal references. Neither your nor J.Liles
messages are acceptable here. Please focus on technical aspects
pertaining to Linux/libre audio projects. Thank you.
PS. You may raise issues pertaining to policy [2] article 6 by
contacting the consortium [3].

I see your formal point and of course you're right normally, but it's also a bit
too easy.
The fact that people use the linuxaudio consortium for a fork of a fellow Linuxaudio
Developers project without consent, is a matter which touches the LAD community.
I can imagine other developers wouldn't be happy if 'New-Ardour' would be
'officially released by linuxaudio.org'. And even if they won't care, others
would for their software.
Moreover, if you ban a developer from LAD, it's LAD related isn't it? If
you're banned it means people block certain developers from a resource to discuss
these technical LAD matters.
The last message to the consortium is dated from 2018 and who guarantees me that the same
persons aren't in charge there? I did choose for LAD, cause I think it's the best
place to share my concerns and I still think it is.
I do understand that most developers don't want to stick their heads into this and
that it might end just here: go find a better place to issue this. Fine. I mean, I've
also better things to do, but I think I've to speak up when I see a community transfer
into a place where people who don't have the same opinion as some close core members,
are more and more censored and where people misuse their neutral community roles for their
own 'agenda'.
