that installed.
Yep, deprecated/removed headers indeed it was. I've committed a fix for
this in the Git repository under the release-1.0.4 branch.
$ git clone git://lvtoolkit.org:lvtk.git
$ cd lvtk
$ git checkout -b release-1.0.4 origin/release-1.0.4
Hopefully the patch will suffice for boost v1.52
This branch also includes a new mixin that supports UI-side
LV2UI_Resize.
