pipewire is simply a disaster under a PREEMPT_RT kernel, while jack
excels with flying colors :)
have to retract the above: recent 6.3-rcX-rtY (preempt_rt) kernel
patches are doing quite well here on both accounts, pipewire-jack and
genuine jackd(bus)...
