A few people do, yes. It eats through ADAT and TDIF channels very quicly
though.
PS: I never use 96Khz but I'm sure there are
plenty who would want to
use LAD technology for DVD authoring in the future.
Some poeple think its an improvement for source recoridngs too, even if
you're going to output to CDs. I dont have any 96k AD converters, and hifi
analogue isn't really something I care about.
