participating. I'l pass on whtaever we eventually agree on and he will

Well if that is the formal procedure, I submitted a *formal proposal*,
and it stands as it is. So now I will expect Richard to endorse it, or
reject it.
I dont think there is any subset of LADSPA developers
who would trust any
other subset to agree on a sane spec, so no :)
