Actually, if I recall correctly, SCO vs Daimler is
a breach of contract
case. They're suing Daimler Chrysler because they failed to send info on
their use of Unix as per the contract at the time, however DC hasn't
used the system for several years.
This was and is about extortion, fraud, stock manipulation etc. All those
lawsuits filed by The SCO Group Inc. are fraudulent.
