low latencies over a medium with no bounds on transmit time? :)
Well, yes I was. But.. :)
Keep in mind I didn't say TCP or even IP.. never underestimate what
gigabit ethernet on a good switch can do. People have sent audio over
ethernet with sub millisecond latencies before (google)
