Linuxaudio mailing-lists are clearly for English-able readers
There are other solutions like linuxmao.org <http://www.linuxmao.org> for
those who can't communicate in this language, and possibly want help for
translation.
Using any any other language here only means you don't care about other's
people's time, and that's not the way to get help.
Linux is NOT in English, but linux-audio.org is, don't try to mix them
together, that is just giving one more reason to the world to hate us
Frenchies.
@dan : I wouldn't try to write in dutch neither, unless everyone understands
what a dijk is. And wait... is there not allready some dutch linuxaudio
website like autostatic.com ? ;-)

fait trop longtemps que je ne les ai plus parlé.
Writing an initial message in French to an english-language mailing
list is a mistake I could understand (even though one must possess
some english competence in order to understand what the said mailing
list is about and decide to make that initial post.)
Refusing to switch to english (or at least some Franglais version)
after several replies, on the other hand...
