In the first one ;) No but really, this sounds like a dependency where you
install the rdf
if it is not already installed.
There should be an rdf file in each tarball that describes the plugins
that are part of that tarball. Anything else is a hack. There is no need
(that I can see) for the rdf description to be a separate file that
describes all plugins.
