If oyu regrard that as a command then surely every piece of data is a
command, and its a bit of a pointless distinction.
Every piece of data (in this context) will eventually be used to
specify some action, but not always the same one.
The advantage of using a command to add something to a table is
that you can also have commands to remove or modify that data.
For example you can tell the app that something is no longer
available, or has changed.
