afaict, zynaddsubfx's jack implementation is
infamously prone to xruns
or so i've been told, so maybe there's no big chance in improving the
situation by changing audio interfaces
there's yoshimi, a linux only zyn derivative that does jack midi & audio
better - <http://sourceforge.net/projects/yoshimi/files/>. Use 0.058.1,
don't touch the "experimentals").
