Sorry, haven't seen that you already mentioned this, however, while it's
as easy to handle AUR packages as regular packages, when using yaourt,
AUR packages anyway aren't reliable regarding to updates and relatively
often get orphaned.
I would advice you to bundle a version of NTK because
it might make it
easier for users to build the program from source if NTK is not yet in
their package manager.
