The way I've seen velocity-mapped samplers is not to change the sample later
- you get the sample that maps to the initial velocity, and further changes
are just volume/filter manipulation.
Ny if you map CC1 (say) to a map then changing that will change the
sample, its just that, in MIDI, velocity cant change after the voice has
started.
