I doubt it makes any difference, but it was faster to change
jack_capture than checking various implementations of calloc.
The background is that according to wikipedia,
calloc may be created by using copy-on-write
(
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copy-on-write), which would
be harmful when running realtime.
