www.koillismaa.fi has the email address info(a)koillismaa.fi on the front
page. Also, try postmaster(a)koillismaa.fi and ask them what could be done
about the violation. It's pretty obvious to me that the
pelit.koillismaa.fi owner is a technical person in koillismaa.fi domain.
