What is happening right now, is I have seven

as you and others have explained, one JACK server is reaching its
limits to handle them all because of the limits of the synchronous
nature of everything.
Nobody has explained that, you just don't seem to understand,
or want to understand, what *has* been explained.
If your single system is able to do what you require, it
can do it using a single Jack server (you may need Jack2
instead of Jack1).
