Pacific time. It is 2:30 am now, but I should be up by 12:00 noon here :)

#lad on irc.freenode.net would be a good bet. I probably wont be around
though, 12:00 PST is 20:00 GMT, so I will still be in the pub as is
traditional in this part of the world.
