It looks like most of the meta-data (JACK, LV2, ..) for apps is lost:

That's probably a plugin not working properly.

See above. I'll look into those. So far I could fix these kind of issues
by replacing &$controller, &$handler and &$renderer variables in the
plugin code.
Also while rewriting works, dokuwiki isn't
configured to 'userewrite'
and generates links using request parameters doku.php?id=...
e.g. "Apps" in the left sidebar links to
https://apps.linuxaudio.org/doku.php?id=apps:start
instead of https://apps.linuxaudio.org/wiki/start
