Thats an rss feed of the mailing lists posts.
A planet is a completely different thing all together. Personally
I never grab the RSS feed of any of the planets I read, I'd
rather read them directly.
Are you fixed on planet? Maybe the current drupal can
do what you want
with minor config changes.
I pretty sure that drupal can't do the same thing as a planet aggregator.
