The GPL states very clearly that you absolutely
own the final outcome
(data) of using a GPL tool.
(Otherwise would be pure madness.)
bison used to be an exception. The output was GPL'ed, thus you could
only use it for GPL'ed apps. But not any more thankfully. (See the info
pages under Conditions.)
