Hi All,
I know I've posted an announcement about Praxis / Praxis LIVE here
before. Thought a few people might be interested in this blog entry
about Praxis' underlying architecture and the influence of the Actor
Model. Be really interested in any comments with thoughts, insights,
corrections, stupid mistakes, similar models in use elsewhere, etc.,

Hi, Neil.
Very appealing project. I like this high-level approach, for me is
better suited when you're doing things/music on the fly, and makes
easier thinking and doing more with your artistic (brain-)side[1] and
less with your technical side[2] in this kind of situations.
Really nice installer, BTW. Easy and when it finishes you have Praxis
up and running. It just works.
Do you have some package already? A debian package for Wheeze would be
great. Would like to do some test to see if it could be included in
the next version of Musix.

[1] I want this fx now on my guitar, wanna sound like a bass for this
part, going to loop an A part to jam along...
[2] Is there X-runs?, maybe this patch is going to crash Jack, I have
to route this to this in order to do this...
