Yes, that's what I meant. :) The ZD3 is supposed to be similar to the
Roland GK-1 (

assignments (24 pins) are not exactly the same, so I'm not sure whether
those adapters you mention will fit.
Of course I could just take the MIDI output with pitch bends on six MIDI
channels and translate that back to the frequencies. The tracking of the
Korg Z3 is pretty good, and it has an astonishing low latency for a
device of its age. But I thought that it would be cool to actually get
at the audio signals themselves, and not having to carry around that
bulky Z3 unit all the time.
I saw somewhere you could get a converter from that
(19-pin?) to the
modern (12-pin?) connector, which can either be split or you can buy
a rather expensive box to get 6 outs. I'll try to find where that was.
