Got one too. IMHO this *is* a form of spamming. But at least this one
was informative as it rather clearly listed the requirements. Compare
that with this gem I received both at home and at work some time ago:
As I have already reviewed your background through our
confidential
research process, I think you might be interested in a job opportunity
we are presently working on. One of our major European client is hiring
IT and programming talents for a new development center.
In order for me to go any further with your package to be reviewed by
my client, I must have your completed background to date, including your
latest CV, any creative work and references.
