The Linspire guy confirmed that their next version
will do
this. AFAIK it's not available yet.
OK, but I don't think they have jackified all apps (and even
if so, give the code because most apps are GPL'ed ;-).
Most probably they have used bio2jack a lot, but if this hack
helps, there's nothing wrong with it.
