Why was it not announced here or in the Consortium list? I would
have thought these are the main places where you find good interest.
Any further news?

premature, AFAIK until very recently the LAC organizers were looking
at
different time-slots so that LAC will not coincide with other events.
So far there is no 100% confirmation on the reservation for the
conference facilities.

foot race is begun when someone fires a gun. If you start before the gun

Comparing all that English - English idiom explanations on the www I
guess those German translations at www.dict.cc are fine:

shark means that something, e.g. a serial becomes a bad seller, like
Dallas was, when Bobby was dead :D.

Nope, that was the /reason why/ the authors of Dallas "jumped the

Not a 'clash', indeed it may work very well for non-European-based folk, the
Second Ambisonics Symposium is at IRCAM, Paris, May 6th-7th.
Full conference details yet to be announced.
