most of the audio packages for
openSuSE are available also for ppc
architecture on our packman site:

Fedora for PPC has many of the big name audio packages (jack, ardour,
rosegarden, lots of soft synths, etc).

Gentoo with the pro-audio overlay do have many ppc packages. It is a very
dynamic overlay. If you are interested by a software that is not included and
cannot provide an ebuild, it is most of the time just to ask on the overlay
email list.
